Never underestimate how important it is to have regular checkups. Here’s a quick guide to some of the health exams and tests recommended for average-risk men over the age of 18. Ask your health care professional about the tests and timing that are right for you. Based on your medical history, your doctor may recommend other tests, exams or frequency.
